By using GitaVaani (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
GitaVaani provides daily personalised Bhagavad Gita verses, AI-powered Gita guidance, share card generation, and related features. Some features require a premium subscription.
3. User Accounts
You must provide a valid phone number to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to attempt to circumvent any security measures, to scrape or bulk-download content, or to misrepresent AI-generated responses as your own original religious scholarship.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods except as required by applicable law.
6. AI-Generated Content
The "Ask Gita" feature uses AI to generate responses grounded in Bhagavad Gita verses. These responses are for informational and spiritual reflection purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). Always consult a qualified professional for serious personal decisions.
7. Intellectual Property
The Bhagavad Gita text is in the public domain. GitaVaani's original content, design, software, and branding are the intellectual property of GitaVaani. You may share verse cards generated by the app for personal, non-commercial use with attribution.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
GitaVaani is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GitaVaani shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
